Collection day
Gate passes and the society office
A commercial vehicle entering Bahria Town needs to be expected, and that's the single thing that most often costs an hour on a collection day here. It's entirely avoidable. Give us the block and street when you book and we'll send the vehicle details in time for you to log them with the society. Once the truck is inside, the roads are wide and modern and the rest of the job is straightforward.
None of this changes your monthly rent, which is based on the floor area you take and nothing else. It changes the collection quote, and we would far rather it changed the quote than the morning.
How a collection runsOne thing we do not do: cold storage
We do not offer refrigerated or temperature-controlled storage. Our units are dry, ventilated and pest-controlled, which is right for furniture, appliances, documents and household goods, and wrong for anything that needs to be kept cold. If you need cold storage, we would rather tell you now than take a booking we cannot honour.

I only need storage for six weeks. Is that allowed?
Yes. The minimum is one month and after that it runs month by month, so a six week gap is an ordinary booking. You aren't signing up to a year to cover a month and a half.
Do you arrange the society gate pass?
We send you the vehicle and crew details in advance so you can log them with the society office, because the pass has to come from the resident rather than from us. Do it the day before and the truck comes straight in. Leave it to the morning and you'll spend the first hour at the barrier.
Can you deliver to a different address than the one you collected from?
Yes, and it's common here, because the whole reason for the booking is usually that you're moving between two houses. Delivery is quoted separately from the rent, and it goes to whichever address you give us when you ask for your things back.
What if my new house is ready sooner than I thought?
Then ask for your things earlier. Give us notice and we'll have the unit ready, or book a delivery straight to the new address. The minimum is one month, so as long as you've had the unit that long there's nothing to argue about.
