What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, your phone number, and optionally your email address, the area your goods are in, the size you think you need, when you want collection, and a description of what you're storing.

The form also records your browser's user-agent string, your IP address and the page you arrived from. That's used to tell real enquiries from automated spam, and for nothing else.

What we do with it

We use it to quote your enquiry and to contact you about it. Your enquiry is stored in the same customer system used by Urban Movers and Packers, which operates this service, and a copy is emailed to the team who will call you back.

We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to anyone outside our own business for marketing.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. There's no tracking pixel and no third-party script following you between pages. If that changes, this page will change with it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept as customer records for as long as we may need them for the service, our accounts and our legal obligations. If you would like your enquiry deleted and you're not a current customer, email hello@urbanstorage.pk and we'll remove it.

Your goods, not your data

Separately from this policy: the inventory of what you store, and the photographs we take of your unit's seal, are records of your property. We share them with you and with nobody else, unless we're required to by law.
