Distance, and the gate
Two things are worth knowing. The gate wants a commercial vehicle expected, so give us your precinct and street when you book and we'll send the vehicle details in time for you to log them. And the run out from central Karachi is long, which means a collection here starts earlier to get a full day's work done. Neither adds to your monthly rent, which is based on floor area alone, and Karachi collection is priced as one service area rather than by the kilometre.
None of this changes your monthly rent, which is based on the floor area you take and nothing else. It changes the collection quote, and we would far rather it changed the quote than the morning.
How a collection runsOne thing we do not do: cold storage
We do not offer refrigerated or temperature-controlled storage. Our units are dry, ventilated and pest-controlled, which is right for furniture, appliances, documents and household goods, and wrong for anything that needs to be kept cold. If you need cold storage, we would rather tell you now than take a booking we cannot honour.

Does being this far out cost more to collect?
Karachi is priced as one service area rather than by distance, so Bahria Town isn't billed as a longer trip than DHA. What the distance does affect is timing. We start earlier, because the drive is part of the day.
Do you need a gate pass to get in?
The vehicle needs to be expected, and the request has to come from the resident rather than from us. I live abroad and own a house here. Can you handle the whole thing?
Yes, and it's an ordinary booking for us. Nominate someone to be there on the day, and everything after that reaches you rather than them: the inventory, the photographs of the sealed unit and the monthly arrangement. When you want it delivered, tell us where.
How soon can I get something back out?
Book a visit and your unit is open when you arrive. If you'd rather not make the drive, ask us to pull a specific item and send it to you, which is billed as a small job rather than as a full delivery.
